Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. When a visitor sends a message, we receive the information in that message and use it to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
Like most hosted services, the hosting provider records ordinary logs, such as an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support simple analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
The limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links may lead to county or state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services. The privacy terms of those organizations govern information submitted after leaving this service. That includes any sponsored search-result provider.
Who Can Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process operational logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection and retains logs only for as long as the stated purposes require. It has no visitor accounts, passwords, or member profiles to maintain.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Visitors may ask about data kept by this service through the Contact page. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and operational logs, then removing information found there when appropriate. Ohio research identified no broad individual data-deletion statute; R.C. Chapter 1354 is a voluntary cybersecurity safe harbor, not a consumer-erasure right. Public records held by Ohio, Warren County, or Deerfield Township custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the office holding them.
Policy Changes
Changes to this policy will appear here. Continued use after a posted change signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
